Welcome to POPnPIN. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (NO REFUNDS)
All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke nature of our custom pickleball paddles (including custom prints, monograms, frame colors, and custom options), all orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or aesthetic preference.
Production Start: Once an order is placed, custom production begins immediately. Order modifications or cancellations are NOT accepted.

2. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT & TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER
Customer Responsibility & Indemnification: POPnPIN provides open customization options without pre-screening restriction algorithms for custom text, monograms, or names entered by the user. By submitting an order, you warrant that any text, phrase, or content you input does not infringe upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property rights, or contain profane, offensive, unlawful, or defamatory language.
Limitation of Liability: POPnPIN and the company shall NOT be held liable for any trademark infringement, copyright violation, or legal claims arising from user-submitted text or customized entries. The purchasing customer assumes 100% full legal and financial responsibility for any third-party intellectual property disputes or regulatory violations resulting from their custom design. POPnPIN and the company reserves the unconditional right to reject or cancel orders containing severe hate speech, explicit unlawful content, or blatant high-risk trademark violations without prior notice.

3. 7-DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY (DEFECTS & DAMAGE ONLY)
We take pride in our quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, we will happily send a brand new replacement at no additional cost.

No Monetary Refunds: We do NOT issue monetary refunds under any circumstances; verified quality issues will be resolved solely through a product replacement.
Filing Timeframe: You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement:
  Send an email to support@popnpin.com with the following required information:
  1. Your original Order Number.
  2. Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage.
  3. A brief description of the issue.
Verification & Approval: Claims will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team within 2 business days. If approved, a replacement will be produced and dispatched immediately.

4. CARE & MAINTENANCE GUIDELINE
To maintain the performance and lifespan of your POPnPIN pickleball paddle, please adhere to the following care instructions. Damage resulting from improper care or misuse is not covered under our replacement policy:

Temperature Protection: Do not leave paddles inside hot vehicles or exposed to direct sunlight/extreme heat for extended periods, as high heat can compromise core lamination and surface resin.
Surface Cleaning: Clean the paddle surface using a damp, soft microfiber cloth with water or dedicated paddle eraser. Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive pads.
Grip Maintenance: Replace overgrips regularly to maintain sweat absorption and tactile feel.
Edge Guard Protection: Avoid scraping the paddle edge guard against hard court surfaces. Excessive impact or scrape damage from court contact is considered normal wear and tear.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN RIGHTS
All pattern designs, logos, branding assets, artwork, UI graphics, and digital media displayed on POPNPIN are the exclusive intellectual property of POPnPIN.
Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, scraping, copying, or commercial distribution of any site content or pattern designs is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
POPnPIN shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, playing injuries, or court performance. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratching, or court scraping does not constitute a defect.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION (INTERNATIONAL SALES)
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions, along with any separate agreements for services or products provided by POPNPIN, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

International Consumer Acknowledgment: For customers residing outside of HKSAR (including the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom), you acknowledge and agree that:
  1. Custom Goods Exemption: Pursuant to applicable international consumer protection guidelines (including FTC regulatory frameworks and EU Consumer Rights Directives for bespoke/personalized items), customized and made-to-order products are expressly exempt from statutory cooling-off periods or mandatory right-of-withdrawal provisions.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Any legal disputes, claims, or chargeback proceedings arising from transactions on this site shall be first subject to good-faith mediation via support@popnpin.com and governed under the primary jurisdiction of HKSAR courts, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
